"I really don't know what came over me today...I've been trying to go over it...my temper's never gotten the best of me like that before. I tried to keep it in check but it just kept building and building and building. At first I was just annoyed with the way they were talking about you...and then they kept making cruder, more disgusting things...and I just lost it."
