"And...stuck up? You're talking to William the Bloody...the scourge of Europe...I earned my name because I used to torture my victims with railroad spikes...and I happened to kill two slayers in my time."

He rolled his eyes. "I remember when killing a slayer meant something to people...it's not everyday when a vamp can kill a slayer." he pointed out. "And thanks, I suppose...now...it's your turn to talk, mate."

"It's cause slayer's are like...myths nowadays. More vamps tend to be like you, trying to be 'good', so there's no need to kill us." He said with a slight shrug. "And me? Damon Salvatore, apart of one the founding families of Mystic Falls. Turned by my bitch of an ex-girlfriend with my younger brother."

He chuckled. "Actually...slayers still exist...oh yes, they exist." he said. "I killed my first one in China during the Boxer Rebellion and the second in the 70s in a subway in New York City." he explained.

"Ah...that sucks...this place reminds me of Sunnydale...except no Hellmouth." he chuckled.

"Well considering I haven't ran into one, I will stick to my theory that they don't exist. Then again, I believed werewolves were myths too, and we got a couple of those around here too. So...maybe anything is possible." He said, with a bit of sarcasm in his voice.

"So, that's what lured you to Mystic Falls?"

"Actually one's arrived in town...right around the time I did..." he said softly. Then he shrugged. "Well...died saving Sunnydale, got brought back in Los Angeles, spent a good while there, and then just took off...ended up here. I'll see how that pans out."
